Ever wondered how some people are able to enjoy and appreciate the little things in life? Well it is because they do little healthy habits in life which allows them to understand how to remain on that frequency.

  1. Stretch your body in bed
  2. Think of 3 things you are grateful before getting up
  3. Make your bed every morning (even if the sheets aren’t straight)
  4. Take a shower and focus on the soap/shampoo on your body
  5. Look at yourself in the mirror and say ‘I am a badass’
  6. Brush your teeth
  7. Comb your hair
  8. Eat at least one kind of simple fruit
  9. Drink a glass of water
  10. Wear something colorful!

If you can’t do the small things properly how do you expect to do the big things? If you want good habits then feed them the right kind of food.
