- Stretch your body in bed
- Think of 3 things you are grateful before getting up
- Make your bed every morning (even if the sheets aren’t straight)
- Take a shower and focus on the soap/shampoo on your body
- Look at yourself in the mirror and say ‘I am a badass’
- Brush your teeth
- Comb your hair
- Eat at least one kind of simple fruit
- Drink a glass of water
- Wear something colorful!
